      Do some light exercises or yoga in the morning. It will make you feel refreshed and reduce stress. Make time for your hobbies also.

        Switch between subjects. Give your brain short breaks by alternating between theoretical and practical subjects. This will help you stay alert and motivated throughout your study schedule.
