I’m a third year engineering student and have always struggled with calculus subjects like differentiation and integration. I’m able to memorize formulas and solve simple textbook problems but don’t really understand the concepts and intuition behind them. Because of this I face difficulty in applying calculus to solve real world problems or more complex questions. Can someone please explain calculus in an intuitive way to help me truly understand and master it?
