I have joined B.com 2nd year and I’m confused about how to improve skills during internship training and make it more useful. Please suggest some ways to make it effective during 3 months of internship.
Understand the business process of the company and try to look for opportunities to improve and innovate. Focus on transferable skills like communication, problem solving, time management etc.
