im in my second year of mechanical engineering and lately i have been questioning if i made the right choice. engineering and technical streams were always pushed the most but after starting i am finding it very theoretical and lack practical application. is this normal feeling or did i choose the wrong stream? what advice would you give to a engineering student like me?
Don’t worry too much, it’s totally normal to have doubts in the beginning. Focus on learning the fundamentals well, they will become useful once you have to apply them in projects and internships.
