hey guys i’m a final year PCB student and honestly studying for neet is so stressful and wearing me out. i study almost 12 hrs a day but still don’t feel confident about cracking the exam. any tips to deal with the stress? Also does anyone have any good study resources or strategies they can share?
First of all, take short breaks in between to refresh yourself. Having a routine and sticking to it helps reduce stress. Don’t overstudy, focus on quality rather than quantity.
I know the stress is real. My suggestion would be to identify weak areas and focus your prep on that. Use NCERTs as your base and supplement it with a good crash course. Make short notes, they’re super helpful during revisions. All the best!
