I am a high school student interested in pursuing mechanical engineering in India. What can I expect from this field and what tips do you have for me?
Mechanical engineering is a good field to get into in India. You’ll have lots of job opportunities and good salary prospects. The work involves designing and maintaining machines, engines, tools etc. My tip would be to make sure you develop good practical and problem-solving skills along with the theoretical knowledge. All the best!
Mech engineers are in demand almost everywhere bruh. From core manufacturing industries to automobile sector to research organizations. Focus on developing programming skills too as it is gaining importance these days.
Tuition fees of private colleges is so sky high these days. Try for government colleges or top tier NITs, trust me quality of education is almost the same. Don’t burden parents much unnecessarily.
