I am a medical student aspiring to get into a good college through the NEET entrance exam. However, I have seen that seats in top medical colleges are often allotted based on recommendations and connections rather than merit. This nepotism makes it very difficult for sincere students from humble backgrounds to get good colleges and discourages hard work. Can someone share how I should deal with this problem and get a college based on merit alone?
