I am a commerce student in India and facing difficulties understanding the Goods and Services Tax. Can someone please explain GST in a simple way? I am having trouble knowing how the tax is calculated and collected for different goods and services.

GST stands for Goods and Services Tax. It is an indirect tax collected by the Indian government on sale of goods and services.
