Im a engineering student looking for internships but finding some issues. can anyone discuss the practical problems they face while doing internships in india like less stipend, no proper guidance etc?

less stipend is a common problem man, most companies here dont pay well

yeah the pay is too less and sometimes they hardly give you any work to do, and when they do, theres little guidence
