I’m a final year computer science engineering student in India. I am having difficulty securing a good placement or internship. Can someone provide me some tips to improve my chances? I am able to clear coding rounds but struggle with HR interviews.
Practice mock interviews and hire a communication tutor if possible. Focus on speaking clearly and making good eye contact in interviews.
Build up your technical skills and projects. Learn the most in-demand technologies and tools for software jobs. Create some personal projects to show potential employers.
Work on your communication and soft skills. Practice explaining technical concepts in simple terms. Focus on being confident and building rapport during interviews.
Practice answering common interview questions. Think of stories from your past projects to give as examples. Prepare answers for questions about your strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
