Hey everyone, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with stress lately and I’m not sure how to cope with it. I have a lot of things going on in my life right now, including school, work, and personal responsibilities, and it’s starting to take a toll on me. I find it difficult to stay focused and motivated.
