I am preparing for NEET exam to get into medical college and am feeling overwhelmed. Any suggestions to prepare well and reduce stress?
Make a study schedule and stick to it. Break your syllabus into small manageable parts and focus on one part at a time. Take short breaks in between.
Practice NCERT questions and previous year question papers to get familiar with the exam pattern. Focus more on your weak areas.
Don’t compare yourself with others. Everyone has a different pace of preparation. Just focus on improving yourself. You’ve got this!
