I seriously can’t keep up. No matter how hard i try, I always end up with below average results. I am constantly stressed and scared that I will fail. I feel like giving up but quitting isn’t an option. I need to change this otherwise I have no future. Does anyone have any advice for an underperforming student like me?
Don’t worry too much. Just take it one step at a time and break things down into manageable parts. Focus on studying smart, not just more. Use techniques like mind maps, summaries and past papers. Take regular breaks. You can do this!
You’re putting too much pressure on yourself. Relax and remember that failure is not the end, it’s a chance to learn and improve. Focus on developing good study habits and time management skills. Ask your teachers for help or advice. You’ve got this!
heat, work and internal energy r all forms of energy. Heat is energy transfer due to temperature difference. work requires external force. Internal energy depends on motion and chemical bonds within a system.
in a nutshell, ur confused about energy and its different forms. go get a good book on basics of physics, they explain energy concepts very simply. it will clear ur doubts regarding thermo as well.
