How to not get overwhelmed in preparation?

    Preparing for NEET and state level medical entrance exams is very stressful. Even though I study everyday, I feel like it’s not enough and getting anxious. Any tips to manage studies and anxiety?

    Hey don’t worry too much. Just focus on one chapter at a time and take short breaks in between. Overtime you’ll cover the syllabus. All the best!

    You’re not alone! Medical prep is super hectic but you got this. Try making a study timetable and stick to it. Study in short manageable intervals with breaks. Don’t compare yourself with others – focus on your own progress. You got this!

    That’s normal when preparing for such high stake exams. You should learn time management. Make a study plan and schedule. Follow it strictly and take short breaks. Study concepts you’re weak at more. You’ll feel less stressed when you see your progress. All the best!
