Start ur day with exercise like jogging or cycling before work, it wil get ur blood flowing and u wil be more focused. Cut out distractions and foccus on 1 task at a time.
Form good habits . Wake up and sleep at fixed times. Eat healthy.Exercise regulary.Avoid procrastinating. Have a checklist for tasks. Break big tasks into smaller ones.
At work try timeblocking. Allot a fixed time period for each task and stick to it.Avoid interruptions and multi-tasking as much as possible.No more than 2 hrs of focused work at a stretch.Evaluate wat worked and wat didn’t at end of day.
Have a fixed place and environment in home for work .Keep work related items there only.Minimize clutter in workspace.Use a pomodoro timer to help u focus in short bursts .Reward urself after finishing difficult tasks.
Plan ahead- make schedules , deadlines etc. Use journal/calendar/ tickler file for important dates/appointments/tasks. Review ur plans regularly n revise tem if needed.
