I’m studying electrical engineering and I’m really struggling with circuits and circuit analysis. Resistors, capacitors and inductors just confuse me so much. Can someone please explain how to approach circuit problems step-by-step?
May 11, 2023 at 8:14 pm #2506Check out Khan academy or MIT Opencourseware. They have great lectures explaining circuit analysis and lots of practice problems with solutions. Just taking it slow and practicing lots of problems will help things start making sense. Don’t get discouraged!
May 11, 2023 at 8:16 pm #2507Easy for you to say! Circuits is alien gibberish to me. I think I’ll just drop out of engineering and become a hermit in the mountains
May 11, 2023 at 8:17 pm #2508Don’t be so dramatic! Engineering is hard, but you can do it if you put in the effort. Focus on understanding the basic concepts first – current, voltage, resistance. Then practice lots of example problems. You got this!

May 11, 2023 at 8:19 pm #2511Apply for selective summer internship programmes conducted by reputed medical colleges. The exposure and guidance will be invaluable.
May 11, 2023 at 8:20 pm #2512Do an internship to beef up your CV. It will help when you apply for post graduation courses and jobs in the future.
May 11, 2023 at 8:21 pm #2513Just focus on your studies for now. Internships are good but not essential at this stage of your medical course.
