I am constantly facing difficulties when it comes to making important life decisions on my own. Whether it is about career choices, further education options or personal matters, I find myself overwhelmed with confusion and self doubt anytime there is a significant decision to make. It feels like I struggle to weigh different factors properly or determine what will truly make me happiest in the long run. Any advice for becoming more decisive and trusting my judgement when making big life choices? I want to become better at taking responsibility for my decisions.
The only wy to become more decisive is by making decisions, evaluating the outcomes and learning from them. Start small, practice making minor decisions firmly and stick to them. Over time you will gaine more cofidence in your ability to make the right call.
Write down the pros and cons for each option, list important factors and rate/weigh each one based on your priorities. Seeing things objectively in writing can help you recognize which choice truly aligns best with your goals and values.
