I face anger issues alot. Any small thing can frustrate me and make me angry. I want to control my anger but cannot figure out how. Does anyone have any advice?
Try taking deep breaths when you start feeling frustrated or angry. Count to 10 in your head before reacting. This gives your emotions a chance to calm down a bit.
Write down your feelings instead of acting on them impulsively. Journaling can help release anger in a constructive way.
Walk away from the situation for a few minutes if possible. Distance yourself until your anger subsides somewhat.
Talk to a psychologist or therapist if anger issues persist and are affecting your life significantly. They can help identify triggers and give you coping skills. There’s no shame in getting professional help!
