        Diarrhea and vomiting are so common, what do we do?

          For diarrhea/vomiting, it’s important to stay hydrated. Drink oral rehydration solutions like Pedialyte, coconut water or broths. Eat bland foods while symptoms persists like rice, bananas, toast etc. Probiotics will help restore good bacteria once you recover. Activated charcoal tablets can reduce stomach upset and odor.
