    It’s normal to feel anxious and stressed at times, but high levels of anxiety for a long period is not good. Try to identify your stress triggers and work on reducing them. Make time for hobbies you enjoy. Talk to a counselor – there’s no shame in seeking professional help. Don’t be so hard on yourself, take one day at a time and you’ll get through this! All the best.
