I am a third year medical student in India and I am having a very tough time understanding and memorizing the various structures in our anatomy practical exams. Does anyone have any tips to make anatomy practicals easier? The dissections are very confusing for me and I often mix up the names of arteries, nerves and muscles.

I feel like I’m constantly struggling to stay motivated and on top of my studies. Everything just feels overwhelming and I lose focus easily. Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated and organized as a student?
