    Managing time properly is the key. Making a to-do list everyday helps. Just stick to the schedule and utilize your free time for CAT. Take short breaks in between to recharge. You’ve come this far, don’t give up now! All the best.

    Focus on 10 to 15 min study sessions and then take a short 5 min break. Don’t try to learn everything in one go. Make a quick revision notes from important headings and practice examples. You can do this! All the very best. Gurantee you’ll learn enough to pass exam.

    I feel you man! Muscle physiology was a pain for me too. Watching animated videos really helped me vizualize the process. Then do a lotta practice questions, that really helped cement the concepts for me. Hope this helps!
