AIIMS, New Delhi is the best medical college in India. You have a very good chance of getting a seat there with your high marks.

I’m also a Punjab board student. Honestly coding is not that important but knowing basics of MS office will be useful. The main issues for me are lack of practical knowledge and less job opportunities after graduation. Also math is difficult in +2.

Government jobs like Software jobs in BEL, BSNL, NIELIT are also available. They offer good security and benefits but the work may be less interesting.
