The best way to remember is through practice. Try labeling diagrams of the human body and testing yourself regularly.
Sounds rough dude. My advice is try listing out 3 things you’re grateful for every morning. Even the small things. It’ll change your perspective and lift your mood. You’ve weathered storms before, you can do it again! Hang in there.
