I am currently pursuing my MBBS in India and there is huge pressure on us medical students here. The competition is so intense and everyone around me is studying so hard. The expectations from parents and relatives are really high. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and stressed.

First of all, don’t panic. Focus on the most important subjects that are relevant to your branch. Attend lectures regularly and prepare notes. After you finish studying, try to teach the concepts to someone else or record yourself teaching – this will help test your understanding. And never forget to take breaks in between!
