Few Suggestions from my end
1. While applying just go through the job profile and check the skills they want in the candidate. Mention that in the CV and prepare for them through YouTube
2. Standardise your CV, some resources were published here do check them out
3. Stay Confident and patient throughout this process, it normally takes 2-3 months for finalisation of offers of Industrial Training.
4. Reach out to existing trainees on Linkedin for referral, and stay updated of vacancies by using job portals. I am following the one here
