Im so confused by electrical circuitry in college. I am not able to understand the basics like Ohm’s law, series and parallel circuits. Can someone please explain these concepts in a simple manner with examples? Is there any technique or trick to solve these problems?
Ohm’s law is the basic and fundamental law in electrical circuits. V=IR (Voltage = Current x Resistance ). Practice lots of problems based on this to master it.
For series circuits, the current is the same through all components but the voltage drops across each component. Use voltage divider rule Vtotal=V1+V2+V3. For parallel, the voltage is same across all components but the currents divide.
