I’m a second year college student and I’m finding it difficult to focus and concentrate while studying. Even when I sit down to read my textbooks or study notes, my mind starts wandering to other things. This affects my productivity and I’m unable to cover the syllabus properly. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve concentration and focus while studying?
Try the pomodoro technique. Study for 25 minutes, then take a short 5 minute break. Repeat. Taking breaks helps regain your focus when you start studying again.
Have a designated study space with minimal distractions. The same environment helps signal your brain that it’s time to focus and study.
