i am a commerce student in india preparing for my board exams but suffering from anxiety. i am not able to focus or study properly due to anxiety and panic before exams. can someone help me deal with this issue?
hey don’t worry so much, exam anxiety is very common. just focus on your revision and practice, and take short breaks in between. on exam day remind yourself it’s just a test, not the end of the world. you’ve studied well so just write what you know. all the best!
dude chill! like seriously chill. exams are just part of student life, they come and go. focus your energy on revising concepts not anxiety. marks dont define you as a person so keep that in mind. try meditation and yoga to calm your nerves.
